About the role

  • CRM Manager responsible for planning and optimizing campaigns across various channels at FOODVIBEZ. Driving customer engagement strategies in the growing food industry from Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • You always keep an eye on the latest trends in CRM and determine which approaches are suitable for our brands
  • You use your creativity to develop innovative communication concepts and tailor campaigns optimally to our target audience
  • You take responsibility for planning, implementing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, with a main focus on email marketing (Klaviyo), but also considering WhatsApp, SMS or even print measures
  • You develop and implement creative campaigns and loyalty programs for our various brands based on data-driven insights to increase customer activity and revenue
  • You design CRM strategies, methods and tools that are applicable across all brands
  • You continuously analyze the performance of your campaigns, perform data-driven optimizations and work towards clearly defined KPIs to maximize retention and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • You collaborate closely with other departments to ensure your activities support brand strategy and communication and are aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM within a social media environment, ideally in the food or FMCG sector or in fast-growing startups
  • You hold a degree or comparable qualification with a focus on marketing, communications or a similar specialization
  • You are proficient in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and loyalty marketing; knowledge of additional CRM topics is a plus
  • You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to interpret data and metrics effectively to optimize CRM strategies
  • Creativity is one of your strengths and you can create engaging customer campaigns that resonate with the target audience
  • You are execution-oriented with a hands-on mentality, driving initiatives from concept through to completion
