About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of national brand campaigns aligned with the promotional calendar.
  • Co-manage social media content and engagement to grow customer connection.
  • Create and deliver targeted email communications to our customer database.
  • Drive communication projects for new store launches, sponsorships, and sales initiatives.
  • Support digital and e-commerce activities, ensuring accuracy and impact across platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling stories.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Canva) and a flair for photography/videography.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, Mailchimp and digital content management.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude - able to juggle deadlines, think creatively, and embrace new trends.
  • Relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset, balanced with independence and initiative amongst agency partners, stores and the internal team
