Responsibilities
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, competition, and product performance to identify relevant insights and new opportunities for NESCAFÉ
Develop engaging and impactful communication plans and foster strong collaborations with local creators
Lead the development and execution of the annual Brand Plan and contribute to the execution of a three-year innovation pipeline
Gain a thorough understanding of the omnichannel environment and provide recommendations regarding pricing and promotional strategies
Track the impact on Brand performance and Brand Health
Monitor the business impact and ROI of marketing communication efforts and manage the P&L for the assigned portfolio
Lead a team of two Brand Managers and support their professional growth
Requirements
Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience within FMCG
Proven record of successful marketing campaigns
Experience in people management
Creative, curious, eager to learn, proactive, and energetic personality
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills
Digitally savvy and passionate about the digital space
Fluency in the English language
