About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key partners across J&J MedTech for differentiated narrative in robotics
  • Create clarity around brand story, application, and messaging
  • Lead cross-functional efforts for sales collateral and marketing assets
  • Build a high-performing team with a culture of inclusion
  • Translate marketing deliverables into a multi-channel communication strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related business experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience in brand management
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Proven track record of initiating, building, and managing brand strategy
  • Experience executing positioning initiatives and messaging platforms
  • Proven track record of managing creative agency relationships
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate and communicate at all levels of the organization
