Responsibilities
Define, implement and coordinate the brand strategy and promotional activities for assigned products across Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
Translate global strategies into strong local execution
Ensure compliance with regulations, alignment with market needs, and optimal budget management
Design and deliver impactful annual Brand Plans
Lead cycle meetings, drive omnichannel initiatives
Turn insights into actionable strategies
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Access, Compliance and Global Marketing
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry
Solid experience in brand planning, market research and data analysis
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
Advanced English (written and spoken)
