Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition through your network in the NYC tech recruiting ecosystem, building relationships with VCs, talent partners, and portfolio companies
Own the complete client lifecycle from prospecting through renewals - manage the full sales cycle, then handle ongoing account management, Match Day collaboration, and strategic relationship expansion
Represent Fonzi at 2+ NYC events monthly - show up, set up, facilitate, and work the room at our hosted industry events
Build scalable sales processes from scratch while working closely and cross-functionally with Marketing, Recruiting, and Engineering teams to improve our product as we figure out what works in this early-stage environment
Requirements
Strong existing network in the NYC tech recruiting ecosystem
Deep understanding of recruiting processes, pain points, and account management best practices
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through the full lifecycle from prospecting to renewals
Comfortable working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment with minimal structure
Self-directed with ability to develop sales processes from scratch
Experience representing a company at industry events
