Responsibilities
Designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding, training, and enablement programs
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and pillar leaders
Equipping sales teams with knowledge, skills, tools, and messaging needed to succeed
Refine onboarding content based on feedback, performance trends, and evolving business needs
Designing, developing, and facilitating live and virtual training sessions
Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to support product launches
Customizing enablement programs and training approaches to align with pillar-specific needs
Identifying product knowledge and sales skill gaps
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership
Ability to design and facilitate engaging training for diverse audiences
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable training solutions
