About the role

  • Talent Development Specialist at Regal Rexnord executing talent management cycles and supporting early career programs with a focus on HR operations and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Core Talent Cycles: Support performance management and goal setting by preparing tools, templates, communications, and cycle readiness materials; track progress and collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to drive completion.
  • Maintain Talent Tools & Data: Update and manage TM resources (guides, calendars, templates); ensure accuracy of talent data for reporting and reviews; partner with HRIS/MyHR to resolve system questions or workflow issues.
  • HRIS & Workday Coordination: Collaborate with HRIS to ensure talent processes are administered successfully through Workday platform, including goal setting, performance management, assessments, and other talent routines.
  • Provide TM Process Support: Serve as a key point of contact for TM-related inquiries, helping HR partners and leaders navigate tools, templates, timelines, and expectations; identify opportunities to streamline or improve TM workflows.
  • Coordinate Program Operations: Support logistics, communications, onboarding, and event planning for EC programs (General Management Development Program – GMDP and Early Career Rotational Program – ECRP).
  • Support Rotation & Cohort Activities: Help manage rotation documentation, track participant progress, collect feedback, and prepare materials for cohort reviews or learning sessions.
  • Partner on Hiring & Onboarding: Work with Talent Acquisition to coordinate EC recruiting activities, support campus visits, program communications, and orientation materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Early Career coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting performance management or talent development cycles.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with ability to translate information into clear tools and guides.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to work with minimal day-to-day instruction while exercising sound judgment.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
