About the role

  • Learning and Development Partner driving capability development and training initiatives for Fulkrum. Engaging with teams to enhance learning solutions and maintain quality standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, delivering, assessing and continuously improving learning and development activity across Fulkrum.
  • Supporting business capability through structured onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development.
  • Acting as a learning ambassador, promoting high standards, consistency and engagement in learning across Fulkrum.
  • Managing the operational aspects of Fulkrum's LMS, including implementation, content management, and user adoption.
  • Creating and maintaining learning materials and ensuring they align with Fulkrum’s business needs.
  • Coordinating global training approaches to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in learning and development, training, talent or a related HR role.
  • Experience designing and delivering practical learning solutions for a range of employee groups.
  • Experience creating learning materials based on operational processes, SOPs or business documentation.
  • Experience using an LMS or similar digital learning platform.
  • Experience working with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver practical learning interventions.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of IRIS, from either Coordination or Accounts point of view.
