Responsibilities
Work in close partnership with the L&D Director EMEA and the People & Culture (P&C) partners to design and deliver local or regional programs for some EMEA Markets
Develop a close trusting relationship with managers and directors across the Markets to understand development needs for employees and teams
Design, develop and deliver innovative face-to-face and virtual learning initiatives
Develop engaging learning materials and resources
Host live learning speaker sessions, facilitate sessions and moderate panels
Identify external experts and find the best way to impart their knowledge to scale
Requirements
Must be fluent in both German and English
Experience in facilitation and instructional design
Great presentation and facilitation skills - both virtually and in-person
Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects
The ability to work independently, collaboratively and lead multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
