About the role

  • HR Specialist developing learning programs for employee growth at Prohoc. Collaborating with HR team to enhance skill development and manage training sessions in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize training sessions (classroom and virtual)
  • Support and develop onboarding and induction programs
  • Create and update learning materials with internal experts
  • Work with learning platforms (LMS), managing content and user experience
  • Support competence development and related processes

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. HR, education)
  • Interest or experience in learning & development
  • Understanding of competence development or HR processes
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working with people and collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
