Bringing sales skills to life through hands-on training, workshops, simulations, and coaching—covering everything from product knowledge to advanced consultative selling.
Using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or equivalent platforms to create engaging content.
Analysing performance data and feedback to optimise programs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales-focused instructional design with a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer-centric consultative selling.
