Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth and selling payment solutions in France. Engaging with SMEs and maximizing sales performance through proactive outreach and lead generation.

As a Field Sales / Sales Manager, you are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
This is a field-based role: you will cover the entire region and play a central role in Flatpay's business development.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during in-person sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
Our internal lead-generation team will pre-qualify and schedule the majority of your sales meetings.
You will also proactively create your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network.
To maximize your productivity and success, we have developed a tailored, proven sales approach and will provide you with comprehensive training.
Once you have sold our solutions, you will also be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment.
Your objective will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible, at the best possible price.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volumes.
