Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Account Managers;
The team is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, focusing on account retention and expansion (farming);
Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, map needs and create value propositions;
Build relationships with decision-makers through executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
Manage stakeholders, adhering to internal and client processes and workflows;
Navigate across products and services to structure value propositions aligned with client needs;
Lead negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
Organize and prioritize time and tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
Maintain a sense of urgency and high-quality customer service;
Requirements
Strong people management skills;
Experience with KPI strategy and team management;
Technical knowledge in consultative selling, customer retention, and account development (farming);
Experience in account management and corporate (B2B) client relationships;
Analytical ability to identify business opportunities;
Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo, SP);
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
