About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for selecting retail media measures and developing strategies for advertising clients at flaschenpost. Collaborating closely with brands and agencies in the beverage and FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with our advertising clients, you are primarily responsible for selecting optimal and targeted retail media measures
  • You serve as the primary point of contact and central interface for all go-to-market topics, maintaining relationships with brands and agencies in the beverage (BEV) and FMCG sectors
  • You develop tailored account strategies for our advertising clients aimed at strengthening and expanding partnerships sustainably
  • Proactively acquiring new campaign budgets is also part of your responsibilities
  • Through your comprehensive analyses, you steer sales activities and manage the budget for your client cluster, deriving actionable recommendations for your clients

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in a business-related field
  • You demonstrate a customer-focused and results-oriented working style; you are creative, communicative, persistent, goal-oriented, independent, persuasive, and highly driven
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking come naturally to you
  • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs completes your profile
  • Daily analysis of relevant e-commerce and media KPIs forms the basis for optimizing your clients' campaigns
