Responsibilities
Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or as the client lead for Scale accounts.
Driving account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives, and aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives.
Ensuring operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and maintaining client health metrics.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best-in-class client management practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a culture of innovation.
Maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce and producing well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals.
Staying current with industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partner.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Account/Client Management in an agency space, working with B2B clients.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/traditional Chinese.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools: DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360 – from a strategic and planning perspective.
Translate client objectives into clear media briefs for activation teams across GMP platforms (DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA360) and social media channels.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics to optimise client outcomes and ROI.
Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating client needs and driving results.
Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Business acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growth.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on the use of programmatic, search, analytics, and social media advertising, leveraging a solid understanding of these platforms.
