Responsibilities
Review and processing of customer inquiries and orders in the Service Sales area
Preparation of quotations in close coordination with our production sites and suppliers
Technical assessment of customer inquiries and development of solutions
Use and maintenance of our ERP system and internal tools for quotation creation and order processing
Verification of the commercial accuracy of orders before handover to order management
Support in preparing and tracking cost estimates in collaboration with our service technicians
Acting as an interface between the Service Sales field team, customers, suppliers and the service order management
Requirements
Enrollment in a business administration, engineering/technical, or comparable degree program
Independent, careful and structured working style, combined with a solution-oriented approach
Team-oriented and motivated
Confident use of common MS Office applications and very good English skills
