Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and long-term customer agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and commercial partners.
Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
Act as the main contact for customer presentations, line reviews, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales Analytics) to execute campaigns and optimize product assortments.
Oversee customer data management, invoicing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and deepening existing account partnerships.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development roles.
Experience managing key accounts in the DIY and mass-market channels.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, structured, and process-driven approach.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Danish is considered an advantage.
Experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
