Responsibilities

- Oversee a team of Project Managers delivering transportation engineering projects for clients
- Directly manage select projects, guiding delivery strategy and supporting business growth
- Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Mentor future leaders and contribute to business planning driven by client needs
- Navigate and support complex public processes and municipal approvals related to transportation projects
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years minimum in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
- Professional Engineering License (PE)
- 5 years minimum of project management experience
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to use dashboards, metrics, and data to drive performance, accountability, and results
- Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards required
- Prior experience successfully managing and leading a team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven client relationship and business development success in the transportation sector
- Proficiency in MS Office; Experience with MicroStation preferred
