About the role

  • Serve as primary operational contact for assigned client accounts, owning day-to-day issue resolution and escalation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams to deliver and maintain product and service commitments.
  • Track service delivery against SLAs and drive corrective actions to improve client satisfaction.
  • Oversee onboarding, implementations and project governance for assigned accounts.
  • Identify operational risks and lead remediation plans to reduce service interruptions.
  • Surface revenue or renewal opportunities to Relationship Managers through ongoing client engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting banking or financial technology clients.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships or service delivery for multiple stakeholders.
  • 2+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional project work or implementations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience producing client reports or executive presentations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.
