About the role

  • Technician for customer service focused on fire protection systems maintenance and installation. Involves travel and emergencies with a supportive onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems and special extinguishing systems at customer sites
  • Commissioning of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems and special extinguishing systems
  • Extension and modification of fire protection systems
  • Willingness to travel and to provide on-call emergency service

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a gas and water installer (gas/water fitter), locksmith or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in customer service
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Customer-oriented, communicative, resilient, solution-focused and able to work independently
