About the role

  • Customer Development Manager showcasing automotive sales skills for Repco in Western Downs Region. Building customer relationships and achieving sales targets in a high-performance sales team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase your love for all things automotive & your sales skills
  • Provide exceptional sales & service experiences for our trade customers
  • Build effective, productive business relationships with our target customers
  • Utilize newly introduced CRM Platform and best in class promotional activity
  • Understand customer’s needs, proactively solve problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Foster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first

Requirements

  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
  • Thrive on achieving KPI's and targets
  • Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
