About the role

  • Sales Development Supervisor responsible for day-to-day operational activities and onboarding of Sales Development Representatives. Focused on training, coaching, and improving sales techniques for better team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises team members and helps answer day-to-day related questions
  • Delivers training content for new team members
  • Coaches and works with team members to convert sales quotes to order opportunities
  • Recommends changes to sales techniques
  • Identifies operational issues and suggests improvements
  • Ensures team members understand and comply with objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Answers questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
  • Approves timecards and manages time off operational requests
  • Ensures account updates in CRM
  • Monitors and evaluates rep performance

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls
  • Reliable, organized, detailed, focused
  • Ability to inspire, encourage, and consistently motivate associates
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and efficiently manage time
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to focus on continuous learning
  • Prior experience in training and helping to coach sales team members
