About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for Motion Industries engaging customer accounts through outbound calls and sales opportunities. Collaborating with teams and updating CRM for effective sales management.

Responsibilities

  • represent Motion Industries to customers
  • proactively make outbound calls with assigned existing account base
  • engage and further develop sales opportunities
  • work closely with decision makers to expand volume business
  • identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased
  • partner with customer service representatives on order entry and tracking
  • update CRM for account follow-ups and quoting opportunities
  • present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts
  • train customers on tools

Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
  • ability to understand customer pain points
  • understanding product requirements
  • capability of identifying potential add-on sales opportunities
  • strong communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation
  • experience with core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently while achieving sales growth goals
