Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with category management, procurement, supply chain, IT, sales, and field teams to ensure alignment and execution of pricing strategies across all channels.
Lead the end-to-end process of pricing software enhancements—partnering with technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or similar B2B distribution industry.
Proven track record of developing high performing teams
Proven track record of implementing successful pricing strategies in B2B/B2C settings.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstratable proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik, as well as Excel.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Experience with price management software such as PROS, Vendavo, or PriceFX.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs and market conditions.
