5+ years of multi-site, regional, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
Proven track record of leading regional or multi-market strategies.
Success in a matrixed environment, partnering with senior leaders.
Natural ability to align diverse teams toward a shared vision.
World-class communicator with the ability to inspire rapid adoption of strategies.
