Business Development Representative driving new business and managing sales pipeline at Fieldguide. Collaborating with Account Executives and educating prospects on value and impact of our platform.
Responsibilities
Drive new business and shape our growth. You’ll build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives. Making introductions, scheduling demos, and leading thoughtful, customer-first outreach campaigns that drive Fieldguide’s growth.
Earn trust and spark interest. Engage new and existing leads through creative, personalized outreach that builds credibility and excitement for Fieldguide. You’ll educate prospects using real business cases, clearly demonstrating our value, ROI, and impact through authentic conversations over phone or Zoom.
Become a Fieldguide expert. Develop deep expertise in the Fieldguide platform, staying current on our product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape to understand the forces driving technology and automation in our space.
Continuously improve and innovate. Learn the nuances of different service lines and buyer personas while helping refine our sales playbook to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate effortless handoffs. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure every demo call transition is smooth and sets the stage for success. Your work will be instrumental in fueling the entire company pipeline and supporting the SDR team’s mission.
Requirements

Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
Bonus Points:
1+ years of BDR, SDR, Account Management, or Account Executive experience - including prospect research, multi-threading accounts, and qualifying leads.
Accounting industry knowledge, including but not limited to assurance and advisory services, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
