About the role

  • Sales & Business Development Manager responsible for customer acquisition and business development strategies. Engaging with clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth in a rapidly changing market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively acquiring new customers and strategically developing market and business areas
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze target segments, and develop tailored acquisition strategies for targeted outreach to prospective customers
  • Conduct needs assessments in direct contact with potential clients and develop customized solution concepts
  • Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to closing
  • Build and strategically develop strong, long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments, identify sales opportunities and drive business development initiatives
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events and networking meetings to strengthen presence and expand the partner network
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to develop innovative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a technical degree with a sales focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Substantial experience in consultative and/or technology-driven environments—preferably in consulting
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic business development and sales-driven growth processes
  • Persuasive communication, confident presence and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales management
  • Very good German and English language skills and proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint) complete your profile
