About the role

  • People & Culture Intern at fast-growing AI startup in Istanbul, supporting branding and internal events. Coordinating logistics and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own employer branding projects end-to-end and handle day-to-day execution; create, organize, and schedule brand content
  • Plan and organize internal team events including happy hours, All Hands meetings, celebrations, and gatherings
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and overall logistics for our colleagues when needed
  • Take responsibility for office operations and continuously improve the office experience
  • Make sure new joiners have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience
  • Create and maintain internal announcements and candidate-facing materials
  • Support the People & Culture team with daily operations and ongoing projects

Requirements

  • Strong interest in people, culture, employer branding, and employee experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail, structure, and follow-through
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning tasks end-to-end
  • Proactive, social, and confident in reaching out, coordinating, and asking questions when needed
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a People & Culture role
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, with a minimum of 2 days in the office
