Responsibilities
Leading end-user support and back-office technology teams of approximately 20 FTE across the UK, India, and Luxembourg, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing enterprise services.
Owning service delivery, security governance, and performance metrics across end-user systems, collaboration platforms, and internal business applications
Defining and executing enterprise technology strategy and service roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth plans, ensuring ISO27001 compliance
Managing the enterprise technology budget while owning vendor relationships and associated service level agreements to optimise cost, performance, and overall value.
Drive technology integration activities for acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational continuity.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary interface with senior leadership
Requirements
You have experience leading global enterprise technology or IT operations functions, including distributed team leadership across multiple locations
You bring a strong track record of delivering service excellence, security governance, and continuous improvement initiative across enterprise systems and services
You have experience defining and executing technology strategies aligned to business outcomes, including integration of acquisitions or large-scale change initiatives
You demonstrate strong financial acumen and vendor management capability, with the ability to navigate complex contract renewals
You are a strong communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and bring stakeholders on the enterprise journey
