Responsibilities
Execute messaging campaigns via WhatsApp, email and SMS, ensuring quality and accuracy;
Operate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially the Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Journey Builder modules;
Perform audience segmentation, configure automated journeys and personalize messages;
Monitor campaign performance (delivery rate, opens, clicks, replies and opt-outs), with special focus on WhatsApp;
Ensure all communications comply with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and privacy regulations;
Create performance reports and support data analysis to provide recommendations for improvement;
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Customer Service and Technology teams to execute initiatives;
Support the documentation of processes and best practices for the WhatsApp channel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Technology or related fields.
Practical experience in digital communication campaigns, especially WhatsApp Business and email marketing;
Experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce / Marketing Cloud);
Knowledge of messaging strategies, best practices for sends and performance analysis;
