About the role

  • Content Marketing Specialist at Paysafe enhancing marketing technology and analytics. Supporting data-driven marketing operations within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics & Attribution, Personalization, CMS, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems such as CRM, analytics platforms, customer databases, and data warehouses.
  • Assist with system audits to identify integration gaps, discrepancies, or data quality issues.
  • Assist in documenting systems, processes, and data flows.
  • Perform regular data hygiene checks, including duplicate monitoring, field validation, attribution tagging, and enrichment processes.
  • Help maintain data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards across marketing systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or CRM-native reporting.
  • Track key marketing KPIs: website engagement, lead quality metrics, funnel performance, customer behavior, and channel performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
  • 2+ years experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Data, Analytics & Attribution, CMS) or similar, required.
  • Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and integrating Martech systems.
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene practices, including duplicate monitoring, field validation, and enrichment.
  • Familiarity with data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.
  • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of fintech data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong documentation skills for systems, processes, and data flows.
  • Ability to conduct system audits and identify integration gaps or data quality issues.
  • Effective communicator, able to provide actionable insights and support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
