Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the efficient creation and maintenance of various coverage forms used by Business Insurance
- Performs detailed analysis of compliance and product driven changes
- Drafts form revisions, and submits state filings
- Updates and maintains all applicable insurance manuals and guides
- Supports and collaborates with multiple stakeholders including Product Management, IT, Underwriting, and Compliance/Legal
- Influences stakeholders and peers in the development of forms and/or implementation of filings
- Provides recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 4 years of commercial insurance experience required
- Experience in a compliance or regulatory role working with process and material validation
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- SaaS, SQL abilities preferred
