Manages an assigned portfolio of core Foremost Independent Agencies
Prospect and appoint new agencies
Drive profitable premium growth and achieve financial and operational goals
Develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
Supports the available suite of Foremost products and services within an assigned portfolio
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
State insurance license preferred upon hire
Minimum three years of experience required in insurance distribution
Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
