Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles at the same time, from role intake through offer and handover to onboarding
Deliver recruitment for a mix of specialised/niche profiles and high-volume hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and job advertising
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding for successful candidates
Continuously improve your recruitment approach and share best practices within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Experience hiring for both niche/specialised roles and high-volume positions
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace / Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for daily recruitment activities
Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken – mandatory)
A collaborative team player with a strong passion for people and recruitment
