Sales Development Representative identifying and qualifying potential customers for FairCom’s database solutions. Engaging in technical sales and customer service with innovative IoT & IIoT hub.
Responsibilities
Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain assigned leads as well as general industry contacts to manage the top of the sales funnel and allow for up-to-date sales data.
Schedule product demonstrations/technical discussions with Account Executives and potential customers.
Continually fine-tune persona-specific messaging to quickly explain the value proposition of FairCom’s database software solutions.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience in the software development industry.
A clear communicator with experience in cold calling & making outbound phone calls and emails.
A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.
Must have professional proficiency working with HubSpot and/or other CRM Systems
Must have professional proficiency working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
**Position Preferences**
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Experience with Inbound & Outbound Sales tools (Automation, Bots, etc.).
Experience with sales or customer service in the DBMS industry.
