About the role

  • Lead F5’s AI-driven sales initiatives across the EMEA region, enhancing operational excellence. Focus on establishing F5 as a market leader in the AI domain while managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive operational excellence initiatives across all F5 business lines in the EMEA region
  • Develop and execute a strategy to establish F5 as a market leader in AI within the EMEA region
  • Inspire and manage a high-performing team of AI sales specialists
  • Cultivate and manage high-value customer and partner relationships
  • Act as a bridge between the EMEA region and global teams
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to implement and scale successful practices of the AI sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience building and scaling AI-specific sales initiatives or working in adjacent areas of AI/ML technologies
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Strong enterprise sales understanding with expertise in developing solutions for complex customer demands
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel extensively within the EMEA region
