About the role
- Senior Applikationsingenieur developing AI solutions for Agentic AI. Involved in integrating modern AI solutions into processes and systems with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von LLM‑basierten AI‑Agenten und digitalen Co‑Workern.
- Integration der Lösungen in bestehende Prozesse, Systeme, Rollen und organisatorische Strukturen.
- Aufbau von Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Automation, Orchestrierung, APIs und RAG.
- Gestaltung und Implementierung von Human‑in‑the‑Loop, Governance, Security & Compliance.
- Durchführung von Pilotprojekten inkl. Testing, Evaluation und Messkonzept.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung von Adoption, Transparenz und Akzeptanz.
- Befähigung von Mitarbeitenden zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit autonomen Systemen.
Requirements
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit agentischen AI-Lösungen über PoC‑Level hinaus.
- Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung und Integration LLM‑basierter Anwendungen.
- Kenntnisse in LangChain, RAG, Python, Cloud-Services, API-Integration und modernen AI‑Stacks.
- Technologieagnostisches Arbeiten mit verschiedenen LLM‑Plattformen.
- Erfahrung in hybriden Arbeitsmodellen Mensch–AI, inkl. Change Management.
- Praxis in der Umsetzung von Human‑in‑the‑Loop, Governance, Security und Compliance.
- Fähigkeit, innerhalb von 6–8 Wochen einen pilotfähigen Use Case bereitzustellen.
