About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing the entire talent acquisition process for F360. Collaborating with managers to enhance hiring strategies and develop a robust talent pool.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the entire attraction and selection process independently
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Assist in defining job profiles and propose improvements
  • Apply recruitment best practices
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool
  • Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Solid experience in recruitment and selection for corporate roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with R&S metrics
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and perform market mapping
  • Experience with ATS (preferably Gupy) is a plus
  • Experience with DISC assessment tools is a plus
