About the role

  • Account Executive focused on commercial and investment banking driving sales for F2's AI platform. Engaging senior banking leaders to navigate AI adoption and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle sales process for F2's AI platform with commercial and investment banking clients—from first meeting through signed contract and initial expansion.
  • Prospect and engage Managing Directors, Group Heads, senior credit officers, and product leaders across corporate, commercial, and investment banking.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows and demos that showcase F2's differentiated value in credit underwriting, monitoring, and deal workflows.
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across front office, credit risk, operations, and technology.
  • Navigate complex legal, risk, compliance, and procurement processes typical of regulated financial institutions.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within key banking accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner.
  • Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform F2's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial banking product roadmap.
  • Contribute to playbooks and repeatable sales motions for commercial and investment banking as a core vertical.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, including enterprise sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quota in high-ACV SaaS and/or AI products.
  • Have sold into financial institutions—ideally commercial banks, investment banks, or adjacent lenders—and understand how these organizations buy technology.
  • Bring a strong grasp of credit, underwriting, or capital markets workflows, or a clear aptitude to learn complex banking use cases quickly.
  • Are comfortable running long, multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders and formal RFP / InfoSec / procurement processes.
  • Enjoy operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you help build the go-to-market motion, not just execute it.
  • Communicate with polish and credibility to senior banking executives and risk leaders.
  • Bonus: Experience selling workflow or analytics products used by deal teams, underwriters, portfolio managers, or risk officers.
