Responsibilities
You will support HR with practical tasks like onboarding new colleagues, offboarding, and payroll administration.
You will help keep the office running smoothly together with the Office Manager (ordering groceries, handling mail, sending packages, unloading the dishwasher).
You will help in booking travels, meetings and external locations.
You will arrange gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, newborns, Christmas etc.
You will manage shared inboxes and tickets with questions from employees.
You’ll create a welcoming office environment by setting up meeting rooms, hosting lunches, and handling deliveries.
You will prepare presentations, reports and support various projects.
Requirements
You are currently studying Human Resource Management, Facility Management, Business Management, Bedrijfskunde MER, Psychology or related fields.
You are curious about the HR life cycle and office management.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
You are comfortable using MS Office. Big plus if you know your way around Excel.
You’re organized, reliable, and like ticking things off your to-do list.
You enjoy a high degree of autonomy and ownership and would like to join a dynamic environment.
