Responsibilities
Develop and manage effective relationships with a portfolio of 25-40 global publishers
Evaluate performance based on periodical revenue goals and KPIs
Report numbers and portfolio status to the Head of Publishing and the OpenWebTeam Manager
Utilise internal tools and resources to achieve goals and develop customer loyalty
Establish long-term contracts and build credibility with clients
Requirements
2+ years experience in online sales/digital marketing
Fluent English and Russian is a must
Strong knowledge of, and working proficiency with, similar technology platforms and/or ad networks
A minimum of technical skills i.e. HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc.
Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV, etc.
Experience in account management achieving revenue goals
Good communicator, negotiator and team player
Ability to identify publisher needs quickly and effectively
Experience as a Webmaster/Blogger and/or Affiliate will also be highly valued.
