Responsibilities
Coordination of defined key accounts and strategic partners within the vendor management area to ensure efficient processes
Strategic planning and prioritization of the team's tasks to achieve project goals
Promoting the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring
Escalation point for the team on complex issues and decision-making
Monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality standards across all team activities
Establishing, expanding and maintaining business relationships with manufacturers/vendors
Execution of Go-To-Market activities
Close collaboration with other departments to align goals and resources
Responsibility for the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
Development and delivery of training programs to ensure the team is informed about up-to-date market and security requirements.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree or a completed commercial vocational training
Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of manufacturers/vendors in the IT sector, ideally in the cybersecurity field
Confident command of the German language and good written and spoken English skills
Structured way of working
Independent, self-responsible work style
Strong project management skills with a high level of responsibility and flexibility
Convincing presentation, communication and moderation skills (oral and written)
Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Negotiation-ready presence and pronounced team spirit
Flexibility for significant travel activity
Experience in leading a team as well as promoting teamwork to ensure high service quality and achievement of objectives.
