  • Team Lead Vendor Management role at Exclusive Networks, coordinating key accounts and developing team capabilities. Focus on strategic planning and partnership management in cybersecurity sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of designated key accounts and strategic partners within Vendor Management to ensure efficient processes
  • Strategic planning and prioritization of team tasks to achieve project objectives
  • Promotion of team members' professional development through coaching and mentoring
  • Point of escalation for the team on complex issues and decision-making
  • Monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality standards across all team activities
  • Establishment, development and maintenance of business relationships with manufacturers and vendors
  • Execution of go-to-market activities
  • Close collaboration with other departments to align objectives and resources
  • Responsibility for the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
  • Development and delivery of training programs to ensure the team is up to date on current market and security requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree or completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of IT manufacturers/vendors, ideally in the cybersecurity domain
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Structured way of working
  • Independent, self-reliant working style
  • Strong project management skills with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
  • Convincing presentation, communication and moderation skills (oral and written)
  • Confident user of MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident presence and pronounced team spirit
  • Flexibility for substantial travel activity
  • Experience leading a team and promoting teamwork to ensure high service quality and target achievement.
