About the role
- Senior Campaign Manager coordinating integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness at EWR AG. Collaborating with teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve company objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and monitor campaign effectiveness
- Develop strategic campaigns: plan, implement, and manage integrated 360° campaigns to position EWR AG
- Create and execute innovative communication strategies to strengthen the employer brand
- Design creative initiatives to sustainably enhance the company’s image
- Analyze campaigns and measure success using relevant KPIs
- Develop compelling messages and content for different audiences and channels
- Coordinate closely with HR, corporate communications, sponsorship teams, and external agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and multipliers
Requirements
- Several years of experience designing and executing campaigns with a focus on brand communication, live communication, and employer branding
- Solid knowledge of digital media, performance marketing, and social media
- Experience in reputation management is an advantage
- Creativity combined with analytical understanding for data-driven campaign management
- Confident project management skills and the ability to independently manage complex communication projects
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
