About the role

  • Indoor Sales Assistant driving clean energy sales via digital communication at Evolua Energia, fostering goals and results-focused communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and conduct negotiations with leads and customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close energy contracts with assertiveness.
  • Ensure attainment and overachievement of individual and team targets.
  • Update information in the system and keep the sales pipeline organized.
  • Operate with a focus on conversion, service quality, and response speed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales (inside sales, telesales, or proactive commercial/customer outreach).
  • Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and results orientation.
  • Organized and disciplined, able to work with targets and commercial processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, RD Station, and sales tools is a plus.
