About the role

  • Account Management role focused on maintaining sustainable client relationships and optimizing product use at WPS Management GmbH. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for long-term, mutually sustainable collaboration with assigned existing customers
  • Close and continuous communication with your existing customers to continuously optimize their use of our products
  • Present our portfolio and products and advise on our business model
  • Handling and support of tender processes, including consolidating responses with specialist departments
  • Preparation and processing of quotes and active follow-up of open opportunities through to order placement
  • Drafting contracts and data protection agreements
  • Responsible for offer management, contract drafting, and implementation management
  • Order processing, accounts receivable management, and data maintenance in BCS and SharePoint
  • Close coordination with Sales, Account Management, Executive Management, Finance/Accounting, Project Management, and Partner Management
  • Preparation and analysis of key metrics for the management board
  • Support in planning, organizing, and executing events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales or (Key) Account Management
  • Solid IT skills and a strong affinity for digital products
  • Confident demeanor and experience in negotiations, presentations, and sales at all levels
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
