Present recruiting service options clearly and confidently
Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
1–3+ years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
Confident selling services (recruiting, staffing, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas
Organized, coachable, and competitive
