Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into new customers
  • Make daily outbound dials to follow up with prospects and move deals forward
  • Sell recruiting and hiring solutions across multiple industries
  • Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, urgency, and budget
  • Present recruiting service options clearly and confidently
  • Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
  • Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
  • Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
  • Confident selling services (recruiting, staffing, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
  • Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas
  • Organized, coachable, and competitive
