About the role

  • Customer Solutions Manager at everstox supporting e-commerce logistics. Managing customer relationships and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers
  • Work on solution-oriented technical requests, translating customer needs into scalable system solutions and configuration
  • Manage larger, cross-functional operational topics that go beyond day-to-day support
  • Identify opportunities, optimizations and strategic options within customer setups
  • Coordinate technical and operational topics with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage customer expectations, communication and occasional escalations
  • Contribute to improving processes, documentation and scalable ways of working across customer operations

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, (technical) account management, operations or a comparable customer-facing role
  • Good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce operations and software products, or highly motivated to build this knowledge
  • Structured and reliable way of working, able to manage multiple customer topics in parallel
  • Confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, taking strong ownership of topics
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally in a complex environment
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
