Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers
Work on solution-oriented technical requests, translating customer needs into scalable system solutions and configuration
Manage larger, cross-functional operational topics that go beyond day-to-day support
Identify opportunities, optimizations and strategic options within customer setups
Coordinate technical and operational topics with internal teams and external partners
Manage customer expectations, communication and occasional escalations
Contribute to improving processes, documentation and scalable ways of working across customer operations
Requirements
Experience in customer success, (technical) account management, operations or a comparable customer-facing role
Good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce operations and software products, or highly motivated to build this knowledge
Structured and reliable way of working, able to manage multiple customer topics in parallel
Confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, taking strong ownership of topics
Enjoy working cross-functionally in a complex environment
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
