About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager overseeing digital marketing strategy for Vision AI solutions in retail. Executing multi-channel campaigns and establishing client outreach programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, spanning paid, owned, and earned channels, to build awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline with key accounts.
  • Lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content marketing, and digital events.
  • Design and manage an always-on client outreach program, maintaining consistent digital touchpoints that promote our brand, showcase services, and deepen relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Establish and manage marketing automation workflows - including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture journeys - ensuring smooth integration with CRM and sales processes.
  • Oversee website management and performance, ensuring strong SEO visibility, compelling content, and effective conversion paths.
  • Create and coordinate digital content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, social posts, video, and event materials) in collaboration with the wider marketing and product teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, using analytics tools to assess ROI, report outcomes, and continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimise budgets across digital channels to achieve maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, platforms, and agencies to execute campaigns and implement tools where needed.
  • Stay current with digital trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and best practices to evolve the company’s marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in digital marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology environment, ideally within the retail or retail technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of account-centric and always-on marketing tactics focused on relationship building and pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Experience managing web content, analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a small, agile team.
  • A data-driven, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving and campaign optimisation.
